Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Komplier, operated by The Corner AI LLC.

1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services

Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate access to proprietary intellectual property upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any paid subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plans).

When you complete payment for any paid plan, you immediately receive:

  • Instant access to all 22+ marketing asset templates
  • Unlimited AI-generated content and analysis
  • Complete visibility of our proprietary compliance frameworks
  • Ability to create, view, edit, download, and export marketing assets
  • Access to our intellectual property, methodologies, and AI systems

Because digital content cannot be "returned" and our proprietary information is immediately accessible upon subscription activation, all sales are final.

2. Free Plan as Your Trial Period

We provide a Free Plan that allows you to test our service before making any financial commitment:

  • 1 builder project to test asset creation
  • 1 analyzer project to test compliance analysis
  • 3 AI generations to experience our technology
  • No credit card required to start

The Free Plan serves as your trial period. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly test our service using the Free Plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access Continuation: When you cancel, you retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing cycle
  • No Future Charges: After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • How to Cancel: Log into your dashboard, navigate to the Billing section, and click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page

Example: If you subscribe to an Annual plan on January 1st and cancel on June 1st, you will maintain access until December 31st, but no refund will be issued for the unused 6 months.

4. Exceptions: Billing Errors Only

The only circumstances under which a refund may be issued are verifiable billing errors, including:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method is charged without your authorization (subject to verification and fraud prevention review)
  • System Error: If a technical malfunction in our payment system results in an incorrect charge amount

Important Clarifications:

  • Forgotten subscriptions, buyer's remorse, or change of mind do not qualify as billing errors
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify as a billing error
  • Dissatisfaction with service features or results does not qualify as a billing error

To request a refund for a billing error:

  1. Email gethelp@komplier.co within 48 hours of the charge
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, and detailed explanation of the error
  3. Provide supporting documentation (bank statements showing duplicate charges, etc.)
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for investigation and response

5. Zero-Usage Grace Period (Extremely Rare)

In the unlikely event that you subscribed to a paid plan but have not accessed any service features, we may offer a full refund at our sole discretion, subject to strict verification:

Refund Eligibility Requires ALL of the Following:

  • Refund request submitted within 48 hours of payment
  • Zero builder or analyzer projects created
  • Zero AI generations or analyses performed
  • Zero assets viewed, edited, downloaded, or exported
  • Zero chat messages sent in the AI messenger
  • Account verification confirms no usage of any paid features

We will verify zero usage through our database logs. Any use of paid features—even viewing a single asset template or accessing any portion of our proprietary content—disqualifies you from this grace period, as you will have already received value and accessed our intellectual property.

Note: This grace period is extremely rare, as users must log in and navigate through our platform to initiate payment, making true "zero usage" highly unlikely.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly is considered fraud when service has been provided as agreed.

Understanding Chargebacks:

We understand that billing questions arise. However, filing a chargeback without contacting us first prevents us from resolving the issue fairly and may result in:

  • Service access will be suspended while we investigate the dispute
  • Your account may be closed if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent
  • We may need to pursue standard collection processes for confirmed services rendered
  • Fraudulent disputes may be reported as required by payment processor policies

If you believe a charge is in error, contact gethelp@komplier.co immediately before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues fairly and promptly.

7. Service Availability and Credits

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of extended service outages:

  • Planned maintenance is announced in advance and does not qualify for refunds or credits
  • Unplanned outages lasting less than 24 hours do not qualify for compensation
  • For extended outages exceeding 48 continuous hours, we may, at our sole discretion, offer account credits or subscription extensions
  • Credits are issued as additional service time, not monetary refunds

8. International Users and Currency

All prices are listed in USD. Your bank or payment processor may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These fees are not controlled by The Corner AI LLC and are non-refundable.

9. Right of Withdrawal Waiver (EU and International)

We currently operate primarily in the United States. However, for international users subject to consumer protection laws that may provide withdrawal rights for digital purchases:

By subscribing to a paid plan and accessing any portion of our service, you expressly waive any right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, or refund rights that may otherwise apply to digital content purchases under your local laws.

This waiver is valid because you receive immediate access to our complete digital service upon payment. We cannot "take back" the intellectual property, training, or value you have already accessed.

10. Goodwill Gestures

In extremely rare circumstances, we may offer account credits (not monetary refunds) as a goodwill gesture for:

  • Exceptional customer service recovery situations
  • Verified technical issues that prevented service access for extended periods
  • Cases where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a credit is warranted

Goodwill credits are issued at The Corner AI LLC's absolute discretion and do not set a precedent for future situations. All decisions regarding goodwill gestures are final and non-negotiable.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Komplier after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant policy changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

13. Agreement to Terms

By completing a payment for any Komplier subscription plan, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • You agree to the no-refund policy due to the instant digital nature of our service
  • You acknowledge the Free Plan provides adequate opportunity to test our service before purchasing
  • You understand that all sales are final except for verified billing errors
  • You waive any withdrawal or cooling-off rights that may apply under your local laws
