By creating an account, accessing, or using Komplier in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

  • AI algorithms and models
  • Compliance methodologies and processes
  • Design, layout, and user interface
  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Training materials and documentation

are owned exclusively by The Corner AI LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses of Our IP

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of our service for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or AI models
  • Create derivative works or competing products based on our service
  • Extract or scrape our templates, methodologies, or compliance frameworks
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission
  • Train competing AI models using content generated by or with our service

Your Content License

For content you create using Komplier (such as marketing copy you input or assets you customize):

  • You retain ownership of your original input content and company information
  • You grant us a license to process, store, and display your content to provide the service
  • Assets you generate using our templates remain subject to our template ownership
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service

Third-Party Trademarks

Komplier helps you create marketing materials for Apple Tap to Pay on iPhone. "Apple," "Tap to Pay on iPhone," and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Our service helps ensure your marketing materials comply with Apple's guidelines, but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

  • Manipulate or abuse our AI systems for malicious purposes

System Abuse:

  • Overload, interfere with, or disrupt our servers or networks
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without permission
  • Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in our system
  • Access areas of the service you don't have permission to access

Intellectual Property Violations:

  • Copy, steal, or misappropriate our proprietary content
  • Create competing products using our methodologies or templates
  • Share, sell, or redistribute our templates or training materials
  • Resell or white-label our service without authorization
  • Use our service to infringe others' intellectual property rights

Abusive Behavior:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users
  • Submit false or fraudulent billing disputes
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CORNER AI LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLY WITH THIRD-PARTY REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CORNER AI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Rejection of marketing materials by Apple or other parties
  • Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
  • Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data
  • Actions or inactions of third parties

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Corner AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Content you create, upload, or distribute using our service
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at gethelp@komplier.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We're committed to working with you to find reasonable solutions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where The Corner AI LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction of The Corner AI LLC's principal place of business, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Corner AI LLC regarding your use of the service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment
